McMonagle Stone stocks a small range of natural stone cleaning products. May it be efflorescence, rust or general weathering stains, we have the natural stone cleaner for you.

Sandstone products are generally light in colour. It can be more obvious when dirt, green slime, algae, moss and black spots start to dis-colour your beautiful sandstone paving. We recommend PROTECTiT’s Sandstone Cleaner, a safe and effective paving cleaner that will remove weathering stains without damaging your sandstone. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, which can be found on our website or by contacting our team. 

Another effective stonework cleaner is PROTECTiT’s Rust Remover. This product will help remove rust stains from all-natural stone types and concrete. Available for purchase in 1 litre or 5 litre jars.

We also stock PROTECTiT’s Efflorescence Remover. Efflorescence is a salt deposit that forms on the surface of stone, brick or mortar. It is caused by alkalies leached from the masonry or soil which is then carried to the surface by moisture.
