Decorative Gold Donegal Quartzite Chipping
McMonagle Stone is the proud producer of Gold Donegal Quartzite Decorative Chipping. Our beautiful stone chipping is quarried from our Gold Quartzite quarry in Glencolmcille in Co. Donegal.
Gold Quartzite rocks extracted from the quarry face are crushed and screened to approximately 25mm. The angular gravel is then washed and graded into three chipping sizes; 20mm, 14mm and 10mm. Once graded the loose stone chipping is then filled into bulk bags for delivery.
Natural stone chipping is commonly used as decorative gravel in both domestic and commercial garden and landscaping projects. Our Gold Quartzite Chipping is a popular stone gravel for its unique golden brown and blue colour tones. which adds warmth to any home garden or commercial landscape. Like all natural stone chipping, gold quartz chipping will appear darker when wet and lighter when dry.
Considering stone chipping for a pathway? We would recommend the 14mm size as it is more comfortable to walk on. If you hope to cover a driveway, flower bed or rockery area then you may wish to consider the larger 20mm size.
McMonagle Stone can supply our Stone Chipping in Bulk Bags or by full lorry loads. Contact our sales team today for a competitive no obligation quote.

Application Caution
Please be advised that all decorative chipping will crush and require topping up over time if applied to a driveway or any other area that will experience frequent vehicular traffic. We do not recommend the use of decorative chipping on driveways as a long term / permanent solution. If you would like to use decorative chipping on a driveway or any other area that will experience heavy vehicular traffic we would recommend seeking advice from a professional contractor to determine suitability prior to purchase. It is the customer's sole responsibility to seek advice on material suitability for their desired application.
